Desert Conservation Reserve, DDCR, is a 225-square-kilometre (87 sq mi) natural reserve in the emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. It was established by Emiri decree on 9 January 2002 and comprises some 5% of the Emirate of Dubai’s total landmass.

It was considered a Dubai landmark in the late 1960s as it indicated the “town’s end”.

Mushrif Park is 5.25 square kilometre family-oriented park in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is located in the eastern part of the city, about 16 km from the traditional center of Dubai.

Safa Park is a 64 hectare urban park located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is 10.53 km southwest of the traditional center of Dubai along Sheikh Zayed Road.

The World or The World Islands is an artificial archipelago of various small islands constructed in the rough shape of a world map, located in the waters of the Persian Gulf, 4.0 kilometres (2.5 mi) off the coast of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The World islands are composed mainly of sand dredged from Dubai’s shallow coastal waters, and are one of several artificial island developments in Dubai.

Zabeel Park is an urban public park located in the Zabeel district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The park is bounded by Sheikh Rashid Road to the north, the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Road to the northwest, while the Sheikh Zayed Road cuts through the south. The park is divided into numerous sectors connected by pedestrian bridges, and there are multiple entrance gates.
